The Orion IP67 24/12-20 (240W) is an IP67 encapsulated DC-DC converter from 24 V to 12 V, with a power of 240 W, an input range of 15-40 V and a maximum efficiency of 95 %. The die-cast aluminium housing with resin-potted electronics makes it waterproof, shockproof and ignition protected. It operates between -40 and 70 °C.

Orion IP67 24/12-20 (240W) is a fully encapsulated DC-DC converter with IP67 protection rating that converts 24 V to 12 V. The housing is die-cast aluminium and the electronics are potted in resin, so water, oil or dirt cannot damage the converter.
The converter is fully encapsulated: waterproof, shockproof and ignition protected. The housing is die-cast aluminium and the electronics are potted in resin. The Orion IP67 range includes the models 24/12-5, 24/12-10, 24/12-20, 24/12-100 and 12/24-50.
Protections include overload, short circuit, reverse polarity (fuse) and overtemperature. Connection is made with two input and output cables of 1.8 m, and the output is reduced by 3 % above 40 °C.
