Return a product

Use this form to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, or to tell us about a product that is defective, wrong or damaged on delivery.

Your rights in brief

  • If you are a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). The period runs from the day you receive the goods; for several goods delivered separately, from the day you receive the last of them.
  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them.
  • Please send the goods back no later than 14 days after telling us of your decision. You pay the cost of returning the goods (the return shipping). You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
  • You can also withdraw from your customer account, by e-mail to contact@kitoffgrid.fr or by post to Marny Energy SAS, Bel Air Industrie, Bel Air 2, 7 rue Alfred de Musset, 69100 Villeurbanne, France.
  • For a product that is defective, not as ordered or damaged on delivery, the legal guarantee of conformity applies: choose the second option below.
  • If you live in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply.
